Meditation can be seen a difficult activity for most; only for highly trained and evolved people or for those who can switch off thoughts. This is not the case at all.
The word “meditate” originated from Latin, meaning “contemplate within”. And that is something everyone can do. In the beginning, it is a form of relaxation and then becomes a process of self-development. Over time with unceasing effort and devotion, it is said in the wisdom traditions that deep meditation can transcend one beyond thinking, beyond words, pointing inward to a formless and indescribable reality – the ineffable Love.
Love unites us with the wisdom of the heart, wisdom of the body, wisdom of the nature which is all that is, expressed as the Wisdom of the Whole in the Heart Sutra, Prajnaparamita.It is the perfected way of seeing the nature of reality through the Unified Heart of Divine Mother.
The Wisdom of the Heart Meditation is a guided meditation. It leads us into deep relaxation and interiorisation in the sacred vibration of the Heart Sutra, to expand our heart perception-the unifying centre of Love where love caresses hate, good embraces bad, light dissolves gloom, wisdom transmutes ignorance.

Lisa is a student of Raja Yoga teachings of Self-Realization Fellowship, a worldwide non-profit organisation founded by Paramahansa Yogananda. Raja Yoga is a yoga method of simple body discipline with scientific meditation techniques of spiritual realisation such as Kriya Yoga technique uniting soul and Spirit. She is also a RYT200 certified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, USA.
Her approach to yoga and meditation practice is that everybody can enjoy the benefits regardless of age and physical conditions. This led to the birth of heartyogato cultivate awareness to fully envelope the heart, body and mind with love and compassion. Lisa continues enhancing her skills with further training and study in Yoga and holistic healing.
As an ardent meditator, Lisa is passionate to share simple guided meditation as an introduction to meditation. It is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners who inspire to cultivate ever expanding heart perception. Lisa facilitates a unique heartfelt presence and strives to inspire others to allow the inner wisdom of the heart to bring gifts of transformation.
